Abstract
The Trump Administration’s immigration policy regarding the separation of families at the border has horrified Americans. Numerous reports have also been published to argue that the detention centers are mismanaged with allegations of potential human rights abuses taking place. The issues surrounding the detention centers are similar to another scandal Americans have already seen: the human rights abuses that took place in Iraq at the Abu Ghraib Prison. At the core of this issue is likely an administrative failure following the ill-fated policy that many say is immoral and unjust.
